Whether you want to give responsibilty to an employee...
You do like this
1.Login to the Server
2.Go to Application Administration
3.Select the Responsibilties
4.Create the Object name for responsibility
5.Here you should analyse that What are the views are give
to him/her.
you collect the views in notepad.
5.Then you Cut & copy the selected views at the View window.
6.Then choose who one is the relevant employee..
...That views are allocated to the particular employee..

center. Log in as Administrator, then goto tools --
sitemap -- Clikc on reponsitibilities. Define
responsibility here.
