Hi i was rejected for F-1 visa at Chennai consulate on 9th of July 2008, i hope, i was rejected in the case of my backlogs, they are 13, and now am planning to take the visa interview again, so what would be my answer if they ask me " why u have been rejected for the first time "? and " Why these many backlogs" ? My cousin brother as well as my own brother is working in UK under workpermit.However,my cousin brother is having his Red-Card within fifteen days and he to have a good bank statement.Therefore,I decided to make him my sponser and he too is ready to be my sponser.However,I am afraid with one question.What should I say if they ask me being your own brother in UK why are you making your cousin brother your sponser?Please help me to answer this question.
