domestic call centre actually means an environment where
people handle business of companies inside india.while
international call centre means a place where people handle
business of compnies across india or overseas.the associates
working in international bpos need to have exceptionally
good communication skills,sound knowledge of international
way of thinking and most importantly have the accent to
convince the international customers.their domestic
counterparts dont require to have all these.just knowledge
of english and some regional languages is enough for them to
qualify.

the needs of individuals living in that country are called
domestic
Call centers that are setup to cater to the needs of the of
various countries are called international
