Answer / Anilkumarsingh

RX LEV SUB (Received Signal Level Subtracted) and RX LEV FULL (Received Signal Level Full) are signal strength measurements in GSM networks. RX LEV SUB is the received signal level with the base station's self-transmission subtracted, while RX LEV FULL is the total received signal level. Link budget refers to the total amount of signal loss that a wireless link can tolerate to maintain a desired quality of service.
