Explain about the hierarchical model of the database?
Answer / Akanksha Saxena
The Hierarchical Model is a type of database organization in which data is organized as a tree structure, with each parent record having multiple child records. The links between records are unidirectional and follow a one-to-many relationship. An example of a hierarchical model is the ORACLE CONTEXTS feature.
