Do you think there is any difference between inactive and dormant accounts?
Answer / Vikram Surjeet Kumar
Yes, there is a difference. An inactive account has no current transactions but may be used again in the future. A dormant account has had no activity for a specified period of time and may be closed if it will not be used again.
