Answer / Raju Kumar Rai
Formal Reviews, also known as Inspections, have four main phases: Preparation (setting up the review team, gathering necessary materials), Training (reviewing the inspection process and roles), Meeting (examining the work product, identifying defects, and discussing them with the author), and Rework (correction of identified defects by the author).
