im an engineering graduate (BE me) i have experience of 1.5 yrs in non technical BPO, i can justify abt my reasons for takin up call centers but they are asking me why have u chosen non technical being from technical side, i cant find any suitable answer to that question (basically im weak in technical concepts) so kindly tell me wat to say in this regard

What is the configuration of the system u use at home? what is trouble shooting? Tell me about your project? What do u know about the different dell products? Do u kne about your nature of work?
