Tests that require human judgement, such as usability testing and exploratory testing, are typically not suitable for automation. Additionally, tests involving manual processes or interactions with live data may also present challenges in test automation.

I was asked these questions during a job interview question. I totally stumbled on # 1 and for # 2 even though I answered but not a very convincing way.
