To create a macro in MS Access that runs an Action Query, follow these steps:
1. Click on the 'Developer' tab.
2. In the 'Controls' group, click on the 'Macro' button to open the Macro Builder.
3. Add a new action by clicking on the 'Action' drop-down and selecting 'Run SQL'.
4. Enter your SQL statement for the Action Query in the 'SQL Statement' field.
5. Save and close the Macro.
6. Assign the macro to a button or event.
