Compare in and exists?

Compare in and exists?..

Answer / Pushpit Kumar

In SQL (including Sybase), the IN operator is used to check whether a value exists within a list or a set of values. The EXISTS operator checks if there's at least one row returned by a subquery, without necessarily needing to know the actual values.
