Is it possible to filter the records which are coming in look-up window when we click on lookup icon? : salesforce objects & fields

Unfortunately, Salesforce does not allow filtering of records directly within the lookup window. However, you can use Apex or a Visualforce page to create a custom lookup that includes filters.
