A lot of things are considered while working in a team:
1. wen u r in a team u hav to listen to ur team member's
views nd ideas patiently.Try nd understand their point with
the product pt of view.
2. If u feel u can addon sum points, put them gently while
having a review meeting.
or else u feel ur opinion is entirely different still put
them forward with a confidence to prove ur point with
relevant scenarios, but never pinpoint on other's views or
never try to find flaws in their opinion.
Ur aim as a Test Engineer shub be to get the best solution
for the product nd nt to make sumone feel low in a team.
3. wen the team has agreed upon sumthing, give ur best to
implement it in ur product.
4. also take care that no one is loaded wid work in ur
team,if it is so,u can mutually divide the independent work
nd finish it soon.Though its a work of team lead to
allocate the tasks, but as a team member, even u shud be
observant nd make ur team members feel good at work.
While working with a Team, there are so many more things
that matters. I hav jus given a wage answer to present
bfore the interviewer.
This much is enough.if u r presenting these points,he will
definitly get an impression that u are a pretty good team
player.
Thanks
