An effective bug report should contain the following information: 1. A clear and concise title, 2. A detailed description of the problem, including steps to reproduce it, 3. The environment in which the problem occurs (browser, operating system, device), 4. Any error messages or stack traces, 5. Expected behavior, and 6. Actual behavior.
