In Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), you can achieve this by using two different mapping components: the 'Target' component for unique records and the 'Unique-Updatable' component for duplicate records. The 'Target' component will only load unique records, while the 'Unique-Updatable' component will load duplicates and update them based on a unique key.
