http default port 80 is used by some other production http service. How can I create an http instance on another port to run cgidev2 and my future cgi developments?

To create an HTTP instance on a different port (e.g., port 8080), you need to modify the server configuration. You'll usually find this in the QHTTPSVR profile or by using the command WRKQHTTPSVR. After creating the new instance, ensure that your CGIs are set to use the correct HTTP service.
