We know that the ratio is 3:2 (B:G), and 10% of boys are scholarship holders, meaning S_B = 0.1 * B. Similarly, 25% of girls are scholarship holders, meaning S_G = 0.25 * G. The total number of students is B + G. Non-scholarship holders are all other students except for scholarship holders in boys and girls: (B - S_B) + (G - S_G). So, the percentage of students who are not scholarship holders is [(B - S_B) + (G - S_G)] / (B + G) * 100.
