Let's solve this problem:
1. Let x be the number of kilograms of non-ration rice and y be the number of kilograms of ration rice.
2. The cost price of the mixed rice is Rs. 10x (for the non-ration rice) + Rs. 8y (for the ration rice).
3. Rohan sells the mixed rice at Rs. 11 per kilogram, and he makes a 25% profit. So, his selling price is 1.25 * (10x + 8y).
4. The total weight of the mixed rice is x + y.
5. Since Rohan has a 25% profit, we have 1.25 * (10x + 8y) = 11(x + y).
6. Solving this equation gives us x/y = 32/19. Therefore, the ratio of non-ration to ration rice is 32:19.
