The two sub-layers of the Data Link Layer in the OSI model are the Logical Link Control (LLC) and Media Access Control (MAC). The LLC is responsible for error control, flow control, framing, and synchronization. The MAC manages access to the physical medium using various methods such as CSMA/CD or token passing.
