Dont join ELI Faridabad. Join only if you are jobless and not able to find any job from last 4-5 months.
ELI plans is to reduce onsite team immediately after you join and after 1 year they will reduce high paid employees from India also.
Only one project, total team size of 8 people (onsite+Offshore). Only stable employee name Rajni, many joined and left ELI Faridabad within a month.
Its my personal suggestion not to join unstable organization. Vinesh not supportive, will not give releaving letter and experience certificate once you resign.

ELI Faridabad is very small company. Recently it acquired canada based company for which its hiring as/400 professionals. the basic plan of the company is to reduce team size from canada and increase in India. Once this plan is executed successfully, it will start reducing team size from India also and will fire those employees who are highly paid. Personal suggesstion not to join ELI. Join only if you are jobless and could not secure an offer from last 4-5 months.
Rajni is the only employee who will keep her job rest all from India who have 8-10 years of experience will be kicked out from the company.
Vinesh not supportive, if you resign he will not give releasing letter to you. will blacklist you so that u will not be able to join back.
Join on your own risk.

Q.Hi All friends, I have one Question, I have three fields in display file SUP LOT, ISSUED to Prod and Line Grp. Field SUP LOT is mentioned in one field reference file WRSLT and key field as a key field LP.Fields ISSUED to PROD,Line GRP are mentioned in the another Field reference file WMDTF. So I want to read SUP LOT on the basis of key field LP from the first file WFSLTand then i want ot read another two fields ISSUED to DATE and LINE GRP from second file on the basis of SUP LOT, which i got from first file.Now i want to display these fields in the display file DSPWMMS. but Condition is that 'Supplier Lot,ISSUED to Prod and Line Grp will not be shown if their respective fields are blanks/Zero.
