Is there possible to get dependent while main applicant is on ESL program at college
I mean can f1 get dependent i20 from college while he is in ESL(English as a second language) program

Typically, an F1 student cannot apply for a dependent visa (F-2) while enrolled in an English as a Second Language (ESL) program at a college or university. The main applicant must be enrolled in a full course of study to sponsor dependents.
