Hii Guys, I have applied for F2 Visa twice and got rejected because of my husband not doing job.He is on F1 status..Now he completed his MS &If he gets job and still on F1 status can I apply for Visa now or will there be any problem again...Please help me regarding this aspect....
this questions is regarding F2(Dependent visa). My wife is in india she got rejected for student visa(F1) in Dec 2009. Reason For rejection : Gre & Toefl not given Now i want to apply for her Dependent visa(F2).what are the chances and what she can if the visa officer asked her about the previous case of student visa.
Hi, one of my friend in US through students visa. she fell in love with the guy, holding the citizenship and they married. Hello ! I want to apply for f2 visa but I got rejection 4 times in f1 visa in 2008 . At that time I was married but I didn't have marriage certificate and passport so I shaw that I was unmarried when applied for f1 .Now I want to apply for f2 ? what kind of question will ask by officer? please help
