VAT filling and payable time limit is every month of 20th.

When a company sold the material to is customer which is at another state under Form-C his bill was pertaining to first quarter but the customer received in second quarter. The customer will issue Form-C as per Invoice date or Material Received date.
Is Govt staff also paying taxes in India
IF the turnover of assessee is below Rs 50 lacs but profit declared is less than 5% of turnover . IS he subject to tax audit?
If purchaser receive 4 nos Invoice from seller agnst Inter State Purchase in One Quarter and By mistake Purchaser issued one Form C in One Quarter only for 3 Invoice. Can he (Purchaser) issue another Form C for rest 4th Invoice or not???
