All the C Forms are issued when the material moves form one
state to another

"C" form issued by the buyer to seller either monthly or quarterly. Buyer has to pay less tax (VAT) when they buy goods against form "c" compared to normal VAT. This transaction has to be done by another state only. But pl. not that if seller failed to collect form 'C' then company has to pay more tax + Interest at the time of assessment.

Issued by the purchasing dealer (other than Govt,) to the
selling dealer. To be obtained for every quater and
submitted on quaterly basis.
