Apart from Reema's answer - Creation of file system,
deleting vx volumes, network link fluctuations, building
the servers, migrations, patching , package installation,
monitoring Servers, health checkups. Any kind of Hardware
failure.

filesystem gets full, hardware like disks, battery, cpu etc.
gets faulty, filesystem gets corrupt.
