with each other pc 1 is able to ping pc2 and pc3 but pc2 and
pc 3 not able to ping pc 1 then what is an issue

ROUTER 1: (Hostname – R1) R1(config)#username R2 password CCNA2 R1(config)#interface serial 1/1 R1(config-if)ip address 10.0.0.1 255.0.0.0 R1(config-if)#lock rate 64000 R1(config-if)#encapsulation ppp R1(config-if)#ppp authentication pap R1(config-if)#ppp pap sent –username R1 password CCNA1 R1(config-if)#no shutdown ROUTER 2: (Hostname – R2) R2(config)#usename R1 password CCNA1 R2(config)#interface serial 1/1 R2(config-if)#ip address 10.0.0.2 255.0.0.0 R2(config-if)#encapsulation ppp R2(config-if)# ppp authentication pap R2(config-if)# ppp pap sent –username R2 password CCNA2 R2(config-if)#no shutdown Now problem is that, after configure the command “ppp authentication pap” the “Line protocol” status goes down on each router. But when I disable this command using “no ppp authentication pap”, the “Line Protocol” status goes up. What could be the problem, can anyone explain it plzzz….!!! Thanks in Advance…!! Shahin..
