How U stay long at US

Hi my name is kishore,today i had B1/B2 interview at which i was not asked for my documents(Sponsorers,my education docs...) by VO at all and i was issued white 221(g).Please tell me the next process i should go on with and need valuable suggestions from anyone.
i have rejected 3 time from us in 2009 for f1 student visa and now i applied for visitor visa (b2) for US , is there possibility of rejection ,my interview date is 7th April 2014
My friend in Nevada want me to visit him. He tried filing an affidavit of support at the Immigration and Naturalization Service there but the officer told him that I should be the one to process my visitor visa application with my own documents. Does it mean Affidavit of support or invitation letter is not a requirement for applying a Visitor Visa coming from the Philippines? and will the bank deposit of $1,100.00 enough for my 3 days stay in the USA because my friend will be responsible for all of my expenses including the airfare? the local address mentiond in my passport has been changed. will it effect my interview for getting B1 visa for US
My mother went for the interview for a B2 visa, all the documents were comepleted and i know B2 visas hardly gets rejected if the documents are complete. She was rejected a visa basis her salary which is pretty low as compared to her experience. She earns about 17 K in a month on papers. The consular said that her 15 year work ex with same company and less salary makes her not fit for a B2 visa. Is this a rule, if not, where can we file a grievance.
