What is ledger balance
Every account has either dr. Balance or credit balance. If the total of dr.side is greater than cr. Side total it is said that it has dr. Balance or vice-e-versa. Assets and expenses or losses have debit balance whereas liabilities and income or gains have debit balances.

All ledger have two balances one is debit balance when
debit side amount or total is greater than credit sides
total and the balance c/f to credit side and thus the
ledger matches both side total and vice versa All assect &
expenses & losses also debtors have debit balance and All
income ,creditors,gains have credit balances
