if u r other den individual or huf den u hve to pay 10% tds, and pan card is required otherwise 20% tax will b deducted

As per Section 194H Commission amt. should be 5000> for
applicable 10% TDS if you pay to local agent of Rs. 5000 pa.
it's not applicable for TDS
