Bonus is like a one of welfare for the staff. it should be
provided those who are working more than 1 year. its
calculated from the salary. Pf percentage is 12% its
deducted from basic salary and ESI 1.75% deducted from Hra.
Teses tow facilities not eligible for whose are getting
salary of 15000
