seller issue form jj at the time of good trans fare.it like the delivery chellan.the purpose of jj form will show the check post and sales tax authorized person are required. it have details about the good and the reason of the goods transferred and where it will goes.

JJ form is Tamil Nadu Sales Tax Delivery Note. Consignor (Who send the material) & the transporter to whom the material is given for transportation has to jointly sign the JJ form with details of TIN no of consignor & consignee ( to whom the material is to be delivered) along with details of material etc. The Sl. no of JJ forms must be continuous & the register [NN Register in the prescribed format] is to be maintained by the Consignor.

Tamilnadu VAT announced to Taxable Interstate Purchase in JJ form only. Send the Invoice copy to Purchaser via mail, against that collect the JJ form from purchaser.

My company's accountant use two different way to calculate Depreciation,one as per Companies Act and another rate for Income Tax calculation. Why we have to use two way to calculate it? Can we just use one way to calculate?
