1 can be measured with 1
2 can be measured with 3 by keeping 1on the other side
5 can be measured with 9 by keeping 3and 1 on the other side
6 can be measured with 9 by keeping 3 on the other side
7 can be measured with 9 and 1 by keeping 3 on the other side
