Recently I've been selected for the post of Jr. Tech. Asstt. (Chem) in GSI. It's a Group B post in PB-2 with GP Rs. 4200. Can anyone tell me about the promotional & career prospects of this job? What would be the take home salary in city like Kolkata?

Hello, I am KHALID from Lucknow. My sister is a widow. My sister was the second wife. her husband divorced her first wife through the Court. Her husband was a government employee of U.P. and had duly nominated my sister for all his retiral benefits including pension,but she has received nothing and the department has directed my sister to get a Succession Certificate from Distt. Judge. My question is that whether the Department can direct my sister to get Succession Certificate even when she has been duly nominated for the same.
