Hi Vishal,
You can learn software testing and
automation course in Qspirders. It is gud institute in
bangalore. Even learn QTP also. If your not learning qtp you
wont get any calls now.

Hi vishal,
Learning manual software testing is no rocket science. Just
use your detective instincts in viewing any object under
testing. Infact you can read certain foundation books for
the help ( eg. software testing by Srinivasan Desikan) but
all in all, you just need to have the right focus and out of
box thinking.Experimenting with the AUT is the key thing to
be a tester.
Also, no offence, but you need to improve your communication
and written skills as you need to document and write a lot
of things in testing. So make sure you don't have flaws in
your communication skills.
