CASH A/C CR
SBI A/C DR.

2 ND ENTRY IN AGAIN CONTRA VOUCHER IS

SBI A/C CR.
ANDHRA BANK DR.

But one thing if already cash in sbi why do you withdraw cash from sbi.You have to transfer online or thru cheque.Then the entry is

To Sbi A/c
