sir,this is vamshi. i completed my btech(cs)in 2006 and i secired 59.25%.now am working as a associate professor in a same college which is i studied(btech).my gre & toefl is 850,73 respectevly.i have 6 backlogs ,i applied for tamu-commerce and i got rejected my visa recently.now am applying my visa on 11 july'08.could you please help me how can i support with this criteria? what are the expected questions and give me the proper answers ..

I have got an I-20. But due to some paper problem i am not able to take an interview date for M1 us visa and my i20 is going to expire on 27th July (before i have to report). What should i do now. It will take time to complete my paper work. Should i get new i20 or is there any way to extend it?

i am yet to finish my bpharmacy but my gre score is 278 my question that i have around 20 backlogs and the reason i couldnt clear them on time was due to health reasons wat are my chances of getting through the visa interview but the plus pt is i have been to the us as a tourist . is it necessary that i shud show my health certificate to prove that i was indeed ill the thing is that i have wasted 2 yrs writing my backlogs but in the mean time i have also worked in a pharma company for abt 1and half yrs so there any scope.

I got 3 rejection on NYIT for MS in COmputer science. I was working as a recruiter in reliance HR service Ltd & now i ll go in december but i have change my Uni as well as course this time i ll go 4 bridgeport & my course is MS in technology mgmt. so when visa officer ask me y u have change ur course that time how can i represent my work exp & my course MS in Tech Mgmt. I have been to South Africa(SA) on a holiday and i missed placed my passport in SA and after that i came back to india with a Transit visa. Now i applied for a new passport and my passport carries a stamp stating that my passport was lost in SA. So my question is that does the VO ask anything about this issue and what would be answer??

My nephew is second year in high school in China and is coming to the US for two year high school study and then would like to go for a 4 year college. On the DS-165 form, should he say he will stay in the U.S. for 2 years or for 6 years ( 2+4)? thank you in advance for any thoughts on this.
