there r not many things different in me than others like
qualification,hobbies etc. but the difference in me that is
my "ATTITUDE" that cannot be same with anyone

Do not compare with others always tell him that I DONT KNOW ABOUT THE OTHERS SIR,BUT THIS ARE THE THINGS THAT I AM UNIQUE AT SUCH AS FELEXIBLE AT ANY SHIFT,EXCELLENT TRACK RECORD etc., because how would you know others qualification,experience etc. So always tell ur advantage to him.
