Do not compare with others always tell him that I DONT KNOW ABOUT THE OTHERS SIR,BUT THIS ARE THE THINGS THAT I AM UNIQUE AT SUCH AS FELEXIBLE AT ANY SHIFT,EXCELLENT TRACK RECORD etc., because how would you know others qualification,experience etc. So always tell ur advantage to him.
