Query Optimizer is means how to imrprove the perfomance of
the query,to this we have to extract the explain plan of
that quey usin the set option on the SQL PLUS,using the
commond "SET AUTOTRACE TRACE EXP" we can see the query
cost....:-)

This answer i told. I am using PL/SQL DEVELOPER tool. In
that i go for Explain plan method based on cost of the
query i optimize my Query.
