In the quality approach, it is the responsibility of the
supervisor to make His/Her subordinates successful. The
effective use of criticism is a tool for improving
subordinate performance.
In giving constructive criticism, you should incorporate
the following tactics: -
1.Do it privately.
2.Have the facts.
3.Be prepared to help the worker improve His/Her
4.performance.
5.Be specific on Expectations.
6.Follow a specific process in giving the criticism.

First window is registertion window where u will be having the fields to entering the name,password and confirm password and Ok button.After hitting the OK button it will take u to 2nd window, wel come window for the user with the msg welcome user. 3rd window will be login screen where u will be entring the user name and password with out any mistake in case and spell (i.e u entered correctly)and 4th window it shows that user does not exits .What will be reasons? Other then data base not connected.
At first time when you receive the application at that time which testing you do?
SAY YOUR PRODUCT PASSED THROUGH TESTING & UAT. NOW IT WENT TO PRODUCTION AT CLIENT LOCATION AND THEY FOUND ONE DEFECT IN IT. HOW THEY NEED TO PROCEED NOW? WILL THEY CONTACT U? OR WILL THEY CONTACT DEVELOPMENT TEAM?
