a) Set the schedule service to run the administrator account
b) Set the scheduled tasks to run under the administrator
account.
c) Enables the messenger serviced
d) Set the schedule service to run under the local system
account & set it to start automatically

configure SMTP
1) once the task had completed u will get a mail
2) if the task is not running , then u will get a mail...
for setup this , we need to configure smtp server
