My favorite hobby is cooking.My favorite dish is potato
chips.It is very easy to prepare and is very crispy. The
main indredients for potato chips are :
1.Two potatos
2.100ml refined oil
3.Some chilly power
4.Some salt
Recipe:-
Pour the 100 ml refined oil in a pan and allow it
and allow it to get hot for 2mins.In the mean time wash
peal the potatos.Take the slicer and slice the potatos into
the boiling oil and deep fry the potato until it gets its
golden color.After the potatos gets its golden color keep
it in a tissue paper for 2 mins so that the oil will be
sucked out by the paper.No take the chips in a air tight
plastic box and scatter the disered amount of salt and
chilly power on its head and shake it.
