the ultimate work is giving solutions to the customer needs
and also rectifying customer problem, but more than that,
our conversation with the customer will give an idea about
the customer knowledge over his issues,so our solution
should be in a manner which should indicate to the customer
mind that this is the problemn i have said and the
executive understood that,and this solution is going to be
the correct remedy.
