Cash Credit Limit is the limit what the banks issue to
companies/firms against hypothecation of stock/debtors etc.
to meet the financial requirements.
for example :
Total debtors/Stock = 100%
Less Margin 25%(as per banks term & conditions)
Net balance =75% (Cash Credit Limit)

We did promotion activity for X co that co is our client ( S Dr) which we sold tickets through our vendor through out north india ... But those vendors adjusted cash with thir bill and remaining balance we received ,, Ticket amount we paid from our co Bank A/c to our client (S Dr) .the amount is too huge so how can i sort out this in books of acconts ..............

The Closing stock balance on the cr side of Tarding Proft and Loss A/c due to this our revenue so when we isued the material or used in production then whats happen with closing stock(I think Closing Stock will dr after Isuabce/use materil in Production)if its correct tell me
