First of all the question is wrong, which has led the way to
wrong answers.
Its "Mint", d place where coins are made, and not "Minut".
Secondly, I do not think Capital IQ people would have asked
this question. It must have been "Minutes". And it means
"A written account of what transpired at a meeting".
