11000 salary including DA.pf 12% deduction from
employee side and 12% contribution by employer side.

irrespective of salary, if the salary is splited into
various components, and if a factory strength exceeds 20
persons in the calender year, PF has to be deducted for the
person. the salary components is Basic and DA. Normally
60% of the basic will be taken for deducting PF
