HAi" No More Banking" to provide ur views and advise. In
today's world u find corruption , torture, senior junior
conflict etc etc in most of the companies, IT co, public and
expecially private banks. If u would have worked in a
private bank i think u may find sbi much better.
Extra working hours, attitude towards new recruited staff etc
problem is there in all companies. it is upon the individual
to act smart and speak tactfully if any senior is
exploiting. This is what the management of any company wants
corruption is a universal problem. It may directly or
indirectly affect us. and about wage revision, it will happen.

Answer / nomore banking
@Vj
My title itself "NO MORE BANKING", so there is no question
of public or private bank.
Yup! you are exactly correct, these heebie-jeebies are
common in any sector then why don't we opt for a job where
there would at least twice the salary of this clerical
cadre. There would be rapid growth in private sector, if we
work hard whereas in public sector banks we work in a branch
where the branch manager always encourages us to work hard
by stating that we will get promotions quickly. Irony is he
himself can not do anything for self and how can we expect
him to do us a favour, because everything ordered from the
Head Quarters.
Don't take it personal Vj, it is just my point of view
towards my own life. Nobody will tell you how a clerk be
treated in a bank by supervisory staff and even the ultimate
GOD customer. Nobody wants to belittle his profession, yes I
have a friend who is working in a public sector bank as a
clerk always advised me not to join banking sector and I
used to ask him why can't I. He replied your management will
bank arrest you and you have to work hard to complete the
tasks that are endless and they will never tired of giving
work to you. After listening to him I said I can work
nothing hard in it but out of his EGO he didn't mention how
the management approaches to you I mean how they asks you to
complete the work, the way they order.
