Hi everybody,

I attended my interview on 5th may in Chennai. I am a B.Com graduate so they asked me questions from Commerce and Banking. I did well.. The questions are,

1.About my family background.
2.What is Balance sheet?How is b/s helpful to others?
3.List out the financial institutions.
4.What is Agriculture bank? Head of All Agri banks?
5.What is Investment bank?
6.What are the advantages of computerization in Banking industry?
7.About my Native place.
8.How will you render service when you are put up in customer handling section?
9.How did you prepare for this interview?
10. Are you ready to relocate?

hi this z narendra i gave my interview on 5th may in hyd in panel-2, the interview was very cool as i am the last candidate of the panel . so they are very free wen i entered into the room, just it is very cool there is no tension for me .
they asked me
1)abt my personl details
2)abt my education
3)abt my hobbies wat i mentioned in biodata form
4)who z harsha bhogle ? where he belongs to ? wat z the difference u saw in him (i.e frm previous to now )
5)who z little master ?
6)wat z the salary of President, vice president & governor
7)who z amartyasen ?
8)who z the son of sunil gavaskar ?, which state he belongs to?
that's it i am not able to answer the question no 4 wer he belongs to and remaining i answered very cool it is very cool.... and don't get nervous b4 interview ..ALL THE BEST GUYS

3. which branch u belongs to in B.tech(from c.s.e)
4.How rockets are launching?
5.What are the uses of sattelites?
6.When we thrown an object it will fell downs,but y sattelites are not?
7.I given reading books as my hobbie, so madam asked which kind of books
8. tell any 2 good words said by vivekananda(bcoz i said i read vivekananda books)
9.what is CRR?
10.What is mutual funds? what is use of that?



So, they just want to test ur confidence there nothung of ur knowledge....

Its not a problem if u couldn't answer some of their
questions. They will give marks to everyone who faces the
interview, to somebody they will give more marks and to
other less, then your interview marks and the marks you
have scored in the exam will be added and when they will
make the merit list if you have marks for making it in the
no. of seats available then you will get the job or
otherwise keep trying.

I also faced the questions today May 6,2010.
The questions were simple
1> Where are you from?
2> What did you do after your graduation?
3> Why do you want a government job?
4> What other exams you have passed/appeared?
5> What is CRR and SLR?
6> What is the specialty of Chandigarh? (I have done my
schooling from there)
7> Regarding my family?
8> Which recent movies you have seen? (Hobby: watching
movies)
9> Which movie got the Oscar?
that's it

I was from 1st batch, there were 22 candidates in the first
batch (8:30). At first they were taking 15 minutes to
interview every person but as the day progressed they lost
a lot of time. At 12:00pm the second batch arrived and it
was 2pm when I got interviewed and there were more to be
interviewed from 1st batch. So they started taking 10
minutes to interview the candidates.

3)associate banks of sbi?
3)do u speak kannad (as i am frm A.P)
4)can u learn kannad if we place u
5)no of sbi branches
6)no of atms
7)new technologies that SBI has adopted recently
8)what was the new associate which merged recently(bank of
saurastra is the answer)
9)no of districts in karnataka
10)what is money called in kannad
Thats it dont be tensive while entering interview hall,keep
a smiling face and answer very politely.

2) What is Securatization?
3) What is Tax evasion? Ways of Tax Evasion?
4) Internet and mobile Banking
5) How secure are doing transactions on internet? risks involved
6) Why want to join sbi?
7) pay-scale of clerk in sbi
8) Questions regarding job etc..

That's it.. mine was the longest interview in the panel i
was in as i was the last..

Recently i had an interview in SBI on 3rd of MAY. The interview question was as: 1) Tell me 7 wonders ? 2) Who is CM of Karnataka ? 3) How many district in Karnataka ? 4) since my native place is Ramgarh so interviewer asked me that any famous movie based upon this location ? 5) since i am from technical background so they asked me about RAM , Processor , Bluetooth ? 6) They asked some question from current affairs like what is UID and what is census ? 7) What do u know about SBI ? I answred all the question except how many district in Karnataka. Thats it guys. The interview was full of fun. When i answered that movie sholey is based uopn place Ramgarh the moment on that time was funny. All interviwer laughed and i too. There were three interviewer in the room. In front of me the male interviewer had an age of 40-50. In my left side male interviewer had an age of 40-50. In my left side female interviewer had an age of 30-40.
