Answer / ram
In general the dissolution medium volume should be 3-10
times the saturation solubulity of the drug. Sink
conditions means thd drug which goes in to the solution is
not effected by the drug which not dissolved.

which should be able to dissolve the expected amount of drug released from a product. This ability of the medium to dissolve the expected amount of drug is known as a “sink condition"

One of the requirements to conduct an appropriate drug
dissolution test is to use a sufficient volume of
dissolution medium, which should be able to dissolve the
expected amount of drug released from a product. This
ability of the medium to dissolve the expected amount of
drug is known as a “sink condition”.It is important to note
that a dissolution test should not be conducted in a volume
of the medium which would not dissolve the expected amount
of the drug completely and freely.

Answer / apurva
sink condition is volume of medium greator than at least three times to form a saturated solution.with the help of sink condition we can fix vol of dissolution medium.as well as we can select dissolution medium for new drug substance.

The concentration of drug at absorption site i.e.,GIT is more than in plasma level.....
It follows first order reaction(non linear graph)

what do you mean by mean kinetic temperature in stability
If we get 100% assay of an Initial sample ,and the stability studies of the same sample got 90% dissolution result, and when the same stability sample was analyzed for RS studies no impurities was found . Where the 10% Active substance were gone during dissolution analysis. Please help me in getting the conclusion.
