Sink condition: maximum daily dose should dissolve in 250mL of Media (it is related to, we are taking dosage form with a glass of water).
If dose is soluble in 250mL of water then developer can select 3X volume i.e 750mL or above.
Gastric Capacity of normal human being is considered aprox 900 to 1000mL so that much volume is selected.

first we measured the sink condition of particular drug ie
1 y third volume of the saturation level of solution.. due
to that reason 900ml media volume fixed.

If we get 100% assay of an Initial sample ,and the stability studies of the same sample got 90% dissolution result, and when the same stability sample was analyzed for RS studies no impurities was found . Where the 10% Active substance were gone during dissolution analysis.Please help me in getting the conclusion.
